2023 Christmas parade

Time to make plans for the 2023 East Ridge Christmas Parade.

The City of East Ridge is currently planning our annual Christmas Parade which is scheduled to be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at 6:30pm.  We invite area businesses, civic organizations, and churches to participate by entering a float.  Because this will be an evening parade all floats should have lights.  These floats will be judged, and trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

We request each float limit the number of walkers to five; additional participants may ride on the float.  The float does not have to be elaborate; you may decorate a small truck or vehicle as large as a flatbed truck/ trailer.

If the parade is postponed due to weather, the makeup date will be the following day, Sunday, November 19th, 2023, at 3:30pm.  If the weather is still an issue on the makeup date, the parade will then be canceled.

If you have any questions regarding the parade, please contact Shawnna Skiles at 423-260-9190 or email her at sskiles@eastridgetn.gov

To the side we have the 3 divisions of the parade.  Please fill out the packet and return by close of business on November3, 2023 to sskiles@eastridgetn.gov or mail to:
