Contact Sport Refund Policy

In accordance with the guidelines of Executive order No. 50 as they pertain to football and cheer, and at the direction of Scenic City Football, East Ridge Parks and Recreation will proceed with registration for football and cheer during the time period of July 15th -Aug. 10th.

ERPR will begin conditioning and practice following all health department guidelines in mid to late August. It's important to understand football is not canceled at ERPR, but is on hold until there is more direction from the state.

If we are unable to play, we will issue full refunds with the following exceptions:

If practices have begun, the cost of our secondary insurance $12.00 will be subtracted from the refund amount.

Uniforms will not be ordered until we are certain we can play.

If we are released to play, uniforms will likely be late to arrive due to the delay.

This is the only way we can offer any amount of refund in the event it turns out to be necessary.

Once uniforms have been ordered and games have begun, no refunds will be issued.

The East Ridge Recreation Cheerleading program features some of the top squads in the SCYFL. The cheerleading is for children 5 to 14 years old. Participants are divided into squads depending on the number of children who registered.

Practices will typically be held twice a week for about an hour. Squads will cheer each week at home or the away games of the East Ridge Football teams. If you have a football player in a certain age you may request to cheer for that team. The SCYFL football season runs from late August
through mid- November and includes a preseason jamboree and post season Super Bowl.
